    Take Your Best Shot Review

    Title: Take Your Best Shot
Author: Austin Gutwein (with Todd Hilliard)  Hoops of Hope

I want to share a little bit with you about the new book I just got done reading. So here is a bit of a brief idea of what the story is about. This book is about Austin, a boy who, at nine years old, decided he wanted to make a difference.  When he watched a World Vision video about a girl named Maggie who was orphaned by AIDS, he decided to start Hoops of Hope; an organization where individuals earn money by getting sponsored for shooting free-throw shots.  The book tells his story.
In my opinion this was a very touching and inspiring book. The book is great for younger people or any one that likes a uplifting view on life. I enjoyed the way the author is often speaking to young people about no matter what your age is you can really make a difference for those around you. The book has a lot scripture, which I really enjoyed. I liked that the scripture ties in with the story very well. I am actually planning on passing it on to my thirteen year old cousin. I know that she well love it, and I hope it leaves here feeling inspired. The author really wants kids to find their passion and work to make the world a better place. I would recommend Take Your Best Shot to anyone who likes uplifting heartwarming stories. So for sure give this book a try no matter what your age might be.
