Saving time and money during the holidays!

Wow, the holidays can be hard on nerves and on your wallet. The holiday's are very stressful for most people. Just try to walk through the mall right now! So it is time to stop, relax, and plan out how your going to save some cash and reduce the holiday stress! Here is some of my tips.
    1. Make a list and stick too it. I always make a list and budget of what I want to buy. This why I am not tempted to buy to many sell items.
    2. I shop all year and get lots of deals on clearance. I have a dedicated closet to my finds. This has always saved me the most money.
    3. Try and find big ticket items during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Items like computers, TVs, and video games. These items are usually heavily discounted.
    4. Always look for coupon codes, especially during cyber Monday. You can save usually  10%-20%. My favorite two are Fat Wallet and Slick Deals. I have saved using both sites. I also sometimes just google the store with with the words coupon code attached.
    5. When I give a gift card as a gift, I add a small handmade item of some kind. It might be an ornament, fudge, or cookies. This makes the gift so more personal and still allows the person to get what they want. I try and do promotions through out the year to get gift cards and save them up. I cover most of Chris and I's family this way!
