Thanks so much to everyone that entered, I really enjoyed reading all the comments, I have really learned a lot. I think it will help me take the blog in a great direction!

I would like to pick the brains of blog readers, and for helping me out I am giving away a $10 gift card to Amazon. I am working on revamping the blog a little more and would love a little input.

Question 1: Do you like a simpler blog layout less color and flash, fewer side panels and ads like I have, or do you like a lot of content on the side bar and a colorful header?

Question 2: What do you like to see in reviews? What really bugs you about some reviews? 

Question 3: Do you like the personal touches of a blog sharing family photos and day to day life or would you rather a blog just stick to product reviews, deals, and giveaways.

Question 2: What bugs me about some reviews is that they are always great! I know there has to be something wrong with products some of the time, but I hardly ever see bad reviews. I wanna know about the good, the bad, and the ugly!

I like a simpler blog layout. I was on a blog this morning that took forever to load because of all the widgets, buttons, and ads. It was irritating.

Question 3: I like both types of blogs. It's nice to read about moms going through similar struggles or milestones, but I also like the blogs that strictly do reviews/giveaways. I follow so many blogs and I read all kinds.

I am rather ambivalent on question one. I like both the simple layout and the ad-inspired ones. It really depends on the purpose of the blog.
