FlexiBath Review and Giveaway!
Monday, August 30, 2010 at 11:55AM

I recently got the chance to review the FlexiBath from Easy walker, I was so excited. I have seen it around and loved the idea; living in an apartment we do not have a lot of extra space. The one thing I hate about the bath tub we have for Thor is its large and very difficult to store. Anyways I was setting the tub up to see how easy it went up and down, and how easy it would be to store, when I turned around and found Ms. Carly with her rubber duck and bathing suit in hand. She was so excited and this was a shock since both of my kids hate taking a bath. So I let her play in it and she loves it. She is looking forward to helping me give Thor a bath.

A few facts about the Flexi-bath are it is a hard plastic children bathtub, made from polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomeric (TPE), and very easy to fold and unfold making storage and use a breeze. You will be amazed at how easy it is to store and all the places it can be slid into. The Flexibath measures at Length: 26” - Width: 15” - Height: 9” - Weight: approx 3lbs. The FlexiBath would be great for traveling, especially if you get a hotel with only a shower, my kids will not go for a shower. The bottom of the Flexibath has a non-slip surface making it safe for newborns to 4 year olds. It can easily allow for two babies to be in it at the same time. One thing to make note of is to get more use out of your FlexiBath do not use any oil products, try and stick to water, soap and shampoo.

Pros:
- Carly Loved it. If you have a child that hates bath time, it might help like with Carly. She thinks of it as a pool.
- Stores easy, saves space
- Portable
- Non-slip Bottom.
- It can be used from Birth to age four.
Cons:
- I really only have one and it is minor. I had a bit of trouble with the stopper, it is not hard to get out, but takes a bit of effort to get back in to place.
Overall: I would for sure recommend to buy this for baby, I would just myself use it more when baby can sit up on its own. I am still going to use the other bath while Thor is a newborn, but as soon as we can toss it we will and save the space with the Flexibath.

I think it would be awesome for canning. We just did green beans and had to wash them but not a ton of room on the counter for drying. We'll have to do the same with peaches next weekend and the stopper looks like it's in the ideal place to hang over the sink and drain while everything else dries!!!
They are avaliable in one store in houston!

Something else to use the Flexi Bath for:
1. Take for the kids when camping.
2. Use at home for a bed-bound patient for sponge bathing.
3. Use to wash small dogs.
4. When your kids have grown too big for it and you don't know anyone to pass it on to -
use as a portable flower bed.
I learned that the flexi-bath weighs 2.9 lbs and that there aren't any stores near me so i would have to buy it online!
I also entered the Oh Plah! contest.
It's available in pink, blue or white

I learned to use products not containing oil (such as baby oil) in the tub, use only soap, shampoo and water as the oil can damage the finish over time.
