What are your 5 fashion must haves for fall?

General Growth Properties (GGP) Malls, TLC’s “What Not To Wear” and TwitterMoms have teamed up to create a fun blogging contest in celebration of the upcoming Shop Smart Look Fab mall event taking place at over 140 GGP malls nationwide from September 17-20. The blogging contest centers around the question “What are your 5 fashion must haves for fall?”
What fashion items can’t you live without? What color is the “new” black?
I can’t live without the following items this Fall
1. A great pair of black boots. I wear them with everything!
2. I have to have a WSU sweatshirt to wear on game days!
3. I am looking for the perfect black button up sweater to wear tanks! Any Suggestions for me?
4. Blue jeans I love wearing them with that WSU sweatshirt and black boots!
5. I also have got to have a great scarf and set of gloves that looks good with most everything?

I am constantly battling my closet. I want to be fashionable, but my wardrobe refuses. For Fall, I am shopping for a few basics that work with everything. One thing I can not live without are my Dansko clogs. Not pretty and not stylish by any stretch, but so comfortable and give me an extra inch that I desperately need. I am also on the lookout for a great pair of jeans. I love my Joe's cropped jeans in the Summer and think I'll have to splurge for the regular jeans this Fall.
I just bought a few cute new sweaters, but still have trouble with everything in my closet looking the same! I'll be tuning back in to see what others write here.
